When can I expect my order?

The time to prepare and dispatch an item depends on what you are purchasing, but most are dispatched within three to five working days.

What about customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Wilder & Wren is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Can I return my item?

We do accept returns, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and return the product within 30 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned; custom or personalised orders, perishable products (such as flowers), digital downloads, or intimate items (for health & hygiene reasons).

Are there costs to return?

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
